Wir laden euch herzlich zu unserem Beginners + Intermediate Acro Yoga Winter Weekend- Retreat  vom 14.11.-17.11.2024 im wunderschönen Haus am Bauernsee in Brandenburg ein.

Entflieht der Stadt zu unserem gemütlichen Bauernhaus in Brandenburg, das mit einer wohligen Winteratmosphäre zum Trainieren einlädt.

Dich erwarten ausreichend Workshops, die sowohl für begeisterte Anfänger*innen als auch für erfahrene Intermediates gestaltet sind. Mit Beginner-, Intermediate- und Mixed (Beginner transition to Intermediate) Workshops, sowie einem Handstand-Workshop findet jede*r für sich das passende Programm. 

Vor Ort stellen wir bereits alles an Equipment bereit, einschließlich Fallmatten und einer Longe (Gurt) um dein Level wortwörtlich höher zu treiben. 

Entdecke die Kraft von Vertrauen, Gemeinschaft und Kommunikation, während unsere drei TrainerInnen Angélique, Flo und Maik dich mit ihrer ansteckenden Energie und Expertise durch hilfreiche Techniken, spielerische Sessions und kraftvolle Workouts führen.

Der Preis beinhaltet Vegane/Vegetarische Vollverpflegung von Donnerstag Abend bis Sonntag Mittag, sowie alle Workshops. 

Anreise ist ab dem 14. November ab 18 Uhr möglich.

Unterkunftskosten variieren, je nach Zimmer (mit Gemeinschaftsbad oder eigenem Badezimmer) liegen die Übernachtungskosten zwischen erschwinglichen 25€ - 50€ pro Nacht. Campervans je 10€/Nacht.

We warmly invite you to our Beginners + Intermediate Acro Yoga Winter Weekend Retreat from November 14th-17th, 2024, at the beautiful Haus am Bauernsee in Brandenburg.

Escape the city to our cozy farmhouse in Brandenburg, which offers a warm winter atmosphere perfect for training. You can expect plenty of workshops designed for both enthusiastic beginners and experienced intermediates. With beginner, intermediate, and mixed (beginner transitioning to intermediate) workshops, as well as a handstand workshop, there’s something for everyone.

All equipment is provided on-site, including crash mats and a longe (gurt) to quite literally take your practice to the next level. 

Discover the power of trust, community, and communication as our three instructors, Angélique, Flo and Maik guide you through helpful techniques, playful sessions, and powerful workouts with their infectious energy and expertise.

Late Bird: until Oktober 1st €195

The price includes vegan/vegetarian full catering from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon, as well as all workshops. 

Arrival is possible from 6 PM on November 14th. The prepayment is €100.

Accommodation costs are additional. Depending on the room (with shared or private bathroom), overnight costs range between an affordable €25 - €50 per night.
